Invoice it once, select it next time
Your suggestion history grows naturally as you invoice. You do not have to maintain the same item manually in a separate list.
Start typing what you are invoicing for. Fakturino suggests items it recognizes from issued invoices, considers the selected client, and fills in a price only when the history provides enough confidence.
Consulting, service, or recurring work is often already described in older invoices. Fakturino turns it into practical suggestions exactly when you write the next invoice.
Your suggestion history grows naturally as you invoice. You do not have to maintain the same item manually in a separate list.
If you have invoiced the same work to a selected client, their history will take precedence over general suggestions.
Fakturino distinguishes between usual, uncertain and variable price. If the history is not clear, it will leave the amount up to you.
After entering the first two characters, up to three matching suggestions will appear below the active field.
For example, start with "kon" or "serv". The search handles case, diacritics and extra spaces.
Ranking considers the name match, selected client, frequency, and most recent use. Suggestions also respect the current invoice’s currency and VAT mode.
Fakturino fills in the name and, depending on the editor, the unit or VAT rate. It applies a price automatically only when it is safe to do so.
The item name and the price decision are two different things. In this way, Fakturino can offer the right work without inserting a dubious amount into the invoice.
Usual price can be filled in automatically when recent history is consistent.
Uncertain price is offered separately for deliberate confirmation.
Variable price leaves it blank and fills in only the item.
Manually entered amount will not overwrite the auto-suggestion.
Suggestions adapt to whether you want to finish quickly or work with quantities and unit prices.
It inserts the selected suggestion as one line. Depending on confidence, it either suggests or fills in the item’s total price.
It will retain the itemized quantity and add the name, historical unit and VAT rate. Recommended price refers to one unit.
Fakturino does not invent items or prices. It works with data from previously saved invoices and excludes drafts from suggestion history. There is no separate price-list database to maintain.
Write a few letters, select an item from the history and continue without searching in old documents or a separate price list.
