Preview before sending
Know exactly what your client will see
Choose the template in the invoice PDF settings. The preview shows exactly how the document will look before you save or send it.
Document preview
Each preview shows the first page of a sample invoice. The selected design is highlighted, while Premium variants are locked for users without Premium.
Profile data
The preview uses the supplier's real data when available. When they are not complete, the app displays a secure sample invoice.
Invoice language
App and invoice languages are independent. Free exports in your profile’s default language. Premium supports invoice PDFs in Czech, English, Slovak, German, Polish, Spanish, French and Italian.
Czech QR payments for Czech profiles with Premium
With a Czech profile and Premium, export can add a Czech payment QR code when the invoice has the required payment details. Your client can scan it instead of retyping them.
ISDOC for Czech profiles with Premium
With a Czech profile and Premium, PDF can contain embedded ISDOC data for accounting software. ISDOC is not available in international profiles or for invoices without a client. If ISDOC cannot be created, PDF export still completes normally.
Brandable template without manual design
Premium Tech allows you to set a default or custom HEX accent color and choose square or round corners of the main highlighted blocks.
PDF export is never blocked
The Free version user can still export the invoice. The app will use the default minimalistic template even if it had the Premium option historically saved in the profile.
