You can immediately see the amount and number of invoices that should have been paid.

The total volume of issued invoices that are still awaiting payment.

A quick view of this month’s invoicing without opening the dashboard.

VAT limit

Businesses not registered for VAT can see how close they are to the threshold and how much remains.

Widget sizes

From a single warning to an overview of priorities

Each size has a clear role. The small widget monitors the most important status, the medium one compares key amounts and the large one shows which invoices have priority.

A small widget

It shows the single most important metric. It first alerts you to overdue invoices, then pending payments, and finally shows an all-clear state.

Medium widget

It compares three key figures side by side: overdue, unpaid, and issued this month. It is ideal for a quick daily check.

A large widget

It works as a financial panel on your Home Screen. It adds the amount paid this month, the VAT threshold, and priority invoices ordered by due date and amount.

Most important invoices at the top

The large widget ranks unpaid invoices by practical business priority: overdue invoices first, then sent and unpaid invoices, followed by earlier due dates and, when dates match, higher amounts.

Always know how current your overview is

The widget shows a short time since the last update, such as “now,” “5 min,” or “2 h.” This makes it clear whether the financial snapshot is fresh or older.

Change of invoiceThe widget will refresh after editing the data in the application.
iCloud syncWhen changes are received from another device, the overview is updated.
