Getting Started and Pricing

Free includes up to 3 invoices per calendar month and 5 saved clients, PDF export in your profile’s default language and payment tracking. Reaching a limit does not delete existing data.

Data and Devices

No. Fakturino works with local storage and uses your iCloud/CloudKit to sync invoicing data. The app operator has no server-side access to the contents of your invoices.

Your invoicing data is stored locally in the app and uses your Apple/iCloud account for sync. Sharing one business across different Apple accounts is not currently implemented.

Fakturino runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 26.2 or later, and Mac with macOS 26.2 or later. Data syncs through iCloud between devices using the same Apple Account.

Export a JSON backup or use local restore points in Backup Vault. Before restoring, review the contents and choose what to replace. Keep an external copy to protect against losing the device.
